The processing of the personal data of the Customers of AGL is the responsibility of AGL, consisting of an operation or a set of operations carried out on those personal data, by automated or non-automated means.

In compliance with the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 (General Data Protection Regulation), any user may, at any time:- at any time, withdraw or change the consent given to AGL for the processing of your personal data, with effect for the future.
- after the withdrawal of the consent given to AGL, cease to be contacted for the purpose of promotional, marketing and / or advertising communications.
- request information about your personal data, at any time
request the correction of any of your personal data provided.
- request the portability of the same, for the entity that, for this purpose, indicate.
- request the limitation of processing, deletion or alteration of your personal data, and that are not necessary for the fulfillment of any legal obligations of AGL, namely for security purposes and/or legal or contractual guarantee.
Be informed by AGL, if it eventually intends to process your personal data for purposes other than those for which you hereby grant your consent.

The communication of personal data does not constitute any legal obligation, however, it is necessary for the proper execution of the purchase and sale contracts concluded between AGL and its customers, being certain that the non-consent to the processing of such data does not prevent the conclusion of those same contracts.

Personal data may be shared by AGL with the manufacturers of the represented brands, either directly or indirectly through service providers that they have contracted, namely in the form of sales reports. Such entities may be located in the European Economic Area or outside the European Economic Area, but are required to comply with the European Data Protection Regulation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April of 2016.

AGL will keep the personal data of its customers for the period necessary to carry out commercial contacts and transactions, respective billing and compliance with legal obligations.

The Owner of the personal data is also fully and clearly informed that he can submit any claim, regarding the violation of his rights, to the National Commission of Data Protection.
